Reval's Best Practice Implementation Process
Analyze and review end-to-end process flows, internal controls, segregation of duties and reporting for cash, liquidity and risk-related activities and other relevant items.
2. Proof of Concept
Reval configures a subset of client data and models a proof of concept for each scenario identified in the first step. The design is then tested, refined and approved. Knowledge is transferred training sessions.
Reval works with the client to build the full scope of configuration and global static data, while the client creates and updates a detailed test plan to capture end-to-end test steps for each scenario.
4. System Integration Testing
Reval supports the client in executing the end-to-end test plan.
5. Data Migration & Cutover
Reval assists the client in uploading and reconciling cash and risk transactional data into the production environment for parallel processing.
6. Parallel Processing
The client runs daily processes in the production environment for at least two weeks, including a month end.
The client goes live with its new cloud platform and transitions to customer service.
